RETURNS POLICY
LiveCo – Don’t Just Exist allows returns on faulty items or incorrect sizing within 30 days of purchasing
RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition, with original tags attached.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Worn, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.

Items without proof of purchase may not be eligible for return or exchange.
HOW TO RETURN
Please email us at info@lvco.com.au before sending back your item.
Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us.
➡️ Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover the cost of returning the item.
REFUNDS
If you return your item and request a refund within 30 days, we will refund the full cost of the product, excluding the original shipping fee.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and provide a refund, exchange, or store credit where applicable. Please contact us with photos and details of the fault.
