RETURNS POLICY
LiveCo - Don't Just Exist allows returns on faulty items or wrong sizing..
Anything purchased online must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase if you wish to exchange. Please email us at admin@livecodontjustexist.com
- We recommend you check all of your LiveCo - Don't Just Exist items thoroughly when first received
- If the item is unworn and re sellable it may be returned within 30 days for an exchange. The buyer must show proof of purchase when requesting a refund and have original tags attached. Postage will be at the buyers expense.
- Worn, damaged or altered apparel cannot be exchanged.
- Apparel without a proof of purchase may not be exchange.
- If the product is faulty, we’ll meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy in terms of a refund, exchange or credit.
- The buyer will need to pay return shipping costs on a return.
