RETURNS POLICY
At LiveCo, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the conditions below carefully before initiating a return.

Return Conditions

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition, with the original tags attached.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Worn, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.

Items without proof of purchase may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Change of Mind / Incorrect Sizing

For change of mind, incorrect sizing, or if you simply no longer want the item, we offer:

Exchange for another product, or

Store credit (valid for 12 months).

Refunds are not provided for change of mind or sizing issues.
How to Return

Email us at info@lvco.com.au before sending back your item.

Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS
If you return your item and request a refund within 30 days, we will refund the full cost of the product, excluding the original shipping fee.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, we will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. In these cases, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund.
