Pre-Order Policy
We occasionally offer products for pre-order, allowing customers to secure items before they are officially in stock. Please review the following policy carefully before placing a pre-order.
Pre-Order Details & Estimated Dispatch
- When purchasing a pre-order item, you are securing your product in advance before it arrives in stock.
- The estimated dispatch date for pre-order items will be listed on the product page. This date is an approximate timeframe and may be subject to change due to production schedules, supplier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the estimated dispatch date is not a guaranteed shipping date. Any updates to the timeline will be communicated via email.
Orders Containing Pre-Order & In-Stock Items
- If you place an order that includes both a pre-order item and an in-stock item, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.
- If you would like the in-stock item to be shipped separately, we recommend placing two separate orders.
Requesting an Earlier Shipment
- If you need your pre-order item shipped earlier than the estimated dispatch date, you may request an expedited shipment, subject to availability.
- Customers requesting early shipment must cover any additional shipping fees associated with the expedited service.
- To request an earlier shipment, please contact our customer service team before your order is dispatched.
Payment & Modifications
- Payment for pre-order items is charged at the time of purchase to secure your item.
- Any changes to your pre-order, including address modifications or order adjustments, may result in a later dispatch date and/or additional shipping fees.
