SHIPPING INFORMATION

We process and dispatch orders every Monday and Thursday.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees vary based on the package weight (number of items) and your location. These will be clearly displayed at checkout.


DELIVERY TIMES

Australia
Delivery takes 3–7 business days for all orders within Australia.

New Zealand
Please allow 7–10 business days for deliveries to New Zealand.

International
For international orders, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.

Please note that AusPost partners with your country’s local postal network for final delivery. Depending on your country’s customs policies, there may be additional delays beyond the estimated delivery times.


CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees will be assessed by the carrier upon delivery and must be paid by the recipient.

Customs policies differ from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information. If customs clearance is required, it may cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.

In some countries, customs offices may request identification from the recipient (importer of record) to release a shipment. You may be asked to provide a form of ID such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.


UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If your item has been attempted for delivery but is not collected from your local post office and is returned to us, a reshipment fee will apply. We are not responsible for unclaimed packages and will only resend items once the reshipment fee has been paid.
