Live Co. | Gold Coast Longboards February, 2023 Giveaway

We've teamed up with our friends at Gold Coast Longboards to giveaway one of these two skateboards to one lucky winner. 

 

Official Rules

Effective February 15, 2023

  1. How to Enter: Customers will recieve a single entry for every $50 transaction spent online during the competition window. Does not include shipping.
  2. Entry Period: The "Live Co.  | Gold Coast Longboards" giveaway begins on February 15, 2023 at 8 a.m. (AEST), and ends on February 28, 2023 at 11:59 p.m (AEST)
  3. Prize: Winner will choose and recieve one (1) of the two (2) available Gold Coast Longboards, previously chosen by Live Co - Don't Just Exist. Except as explicitly stated, the Prize is awarded as is, without any representations or warranties, and cannot be transferred, sold, substituted, or redeemed for cash by the Winner.
  4. Selection of Winner: A random drawing will be conducted on or after the close of the Entry Period. We'll announce the winner on Facebook and Instagram by 5 p.m, March 2nd. 
  5. Notification of Winner: The Winner will be contacted by email or phone on Friday, the 3rd of March. The Winner must timely respond within seven (7) working days. If the Winner is determined to be ineligible and/or disqualified for any reason, an alternate Winner may be randomly drawn from the eligible entries. Any alternate Potential Winner will be notified by email or phone.
  6. Eligibility: 
    1. Age to enter: You must be at least 18 years old to enter.
    2. Country to enter: Australia and/or New Zealand
    3. Prohibited Persons:  Any employees, officers, and/or directors of Live Co - Don't Just Exist are not eligible to enter or win this Giveaway.
  7. Cost of transportation: Live Co - Don't Just Exist will cover the on road transport costs to your desired location within Australia or New Zealand. Once the Winner has been announced, the Winner will be required to provide accurate shipping details before transporting the Prize to the desired location. This information must be provided within seven (7) working days of Winnner being announced. Failure to adhere to these requirements will result in a redraw of the winner. Live Co - Don't Just Exist is not responsible for total loss or any damages of the Prize incurred during transporation to the desired location. 
  8. Changes: Live Co - Don't Just Exist reserves the right to modify or cancel the "Live Co. | Gold Coast Longboards" giveaway at any time and for any reason.
  9. Release and Limitation of Liability: Participants of the Live Co. | Gold Coast Longboards" giveaway release Live Co - Don't Just Exist and Gold Coast Longboards from any liability in the event of any disputes or claims.
  10. Terms & Conditions: The full competition T&C's are as follows * A single entry will be awarded for every $50 spend in a single transaction spent online during the competition window * The $50 spend must be in a single transaction does not include shipping * All entries must be over the age of 18 to enter * The legal start date for the competition is 8:00am (AEST) Wednesday the 15th of February 2023. Entries close at 11:59pm (AEST) on Tuesday the 28th of February 2023 * Winner will be chosen at random. The winner will be announced on Facebook and Instagram by 5 p.m, March 2nd.. *The Winner must timely respond within seven (7) working days. If the Winner is determined to be ineligible and/or disqualified for any reason, an alternate Winner may be randomly drawn from the eligible entries.* Winner will be contacted by email or phone on Friday, the 3rd of March* Returned items will void entry should the total order spend fall below $50 (excluding shipping costs) * We reserve the right to cancel and close any entries we believe to be dishonest even if selected to win. * Live Co - Don't Just Exist are not responsible for total loss or any damages of the Prize incurred during transporation to the desired location* The prize is not refundable in any form of credit or cash refund * Live Co - Don't Just Exist will cover the transport costs to winner’s desired location within Australia or New Zealand. * Winner will be required to provide a valid and accurate shipping address within seven (7) working days of Winnner being announced.
